A WESTER Ross medical practice is now working its way through second doses of the Covid-19 vaccine having offered the first jab to all the over-30s on its list.

Torridon Medical Practice has detected life beginning to return to normal as the vaccine rollout continues.

Sharing a picture on a beautiful snowy morning, it posted: "Pupils back at school, cafes open, tourists visiting, ticks biting, midges soon...normality is in sight."

A number of people took to its social media channel to thank staff.

One quipped: "Yes, thank you! If only there was a vaccine for ticks and midges as well."

Another posted: "Thank you and so much appreciate your services and professionalism."
