A COMMUNITY facility in Easter Ross has shared a video to help customers abide by its coronavirus-related procedures.
The High Life Highland operated Tain Royal Academy Community Complex (TRACC) issued the guidance as it reopened to customers.
It asks everyone entering the building to use the hand sanitizer available, wear face coverings where appropriate and follow social distancing measures.
Entry to the gym isbe from the biomass area, where there will be a holding point and a member of staff to collect people who are booked in .
If there are any school children present in the area customers must be held until the pupils pass.
Swimming pool users can access the pool via the main reception.
Customers are asked to only come forward from the waiting spot outside reception when called over by staff. Once in the swimming pool corridor , they are asked to stay to the left hand side and follow the signage and enter the pool hall through the fire exit door. (
Class customers going to the multipurpose hall games hall enter via the entrance/exit by the biomass site when the instructor is at the door.
Instructors will mark attendance on a class register and pass on to a receptionist to avoid the need to swipe at reception.
There are colour coded marks on the hall floors specific to the type of class being attended.
Customers access the small gym via reception and through the swimming pool corridor.
Entry to the all-weather pitch is around the outside of the building. The person in charge of the booking is asked to report to reception to pay then return to the holding point by the biomass to gather the group and take them to the pitch.
