WHEN two dinosaurs dropped in to an Easter Ross nursery yesterday, there was never any question about the children's attention wandering...

The South Lodge Primary nursery visit coincided with a study of the creatures, always a source of fascination to young children down the generations.

The nursery shared the fun on its social media page, stating: "We had two very big visitors today as part of our topic on dinosaurs."

Well-wishers were delighted, one observing: "That’s brilliant – think the dinosaurs enjoyed it as much as the children!"

The school is no stranger to big visitors either, having welcomed local strongman brothers Luke and Tom Stoltman on a number of occasions.
