Upgraded indoor cycling bikes unveiled at Dingwall Leisure Centre by High Life Highland

NEWLY-upgraded indoor cycling bikes have arrived at Dingwall Leisure Centre.

The Tulloch Avenue leisure centre has 12 classes for circuit spin each week from Monday through to Saturday.

Leisure manager Lisa MacDonald said: “The new bikes are the latest and best model on the market, providing our gym-goers an effective workout range, from easy road riding through to tough mountain endurance climbs.

“Indoor cycling is one of our most popular classes in Dingwall so we’re delighted to be able to provide an upgrade to the previous bikes.

“The bikes are comfortable, durable and adjustable and allow people to track their calories, RPM, watts, heart rate, time and distance.”

Indoor cycling classes run:

  • Monday: 7am-7.45am and 7.15pm-8pm
  • Tuesday: 7am-7.45am, 8am-8.45am, and and 7.15pm-8pm
  • Wednesday: 7am-7.45am and 7.15pm-8pm
  • Thursday: 7am-7.45am, and 8am-8.45am,
  • Friday 7am-7.45am, and 6.15pm-7pm
  • Saturday: 9am-9.45am
