UPDATE: Woman posted missing in Highland capital is traced safe and well

A WOMAN who had been posted missing in the Highlands has been traced safe and well.

Police had issued an appeal yesterday evening for help to trace Louise Macintyre (37), from the Inverness area.

Police said she had been traced, adding: "Thanks to all who engaged with our appeal."
