UPDATE: Venue change for Eadarainn Gaelic choir’s pre-Mòd ceilidh

AN electrical fault in a venue which was to host a pre-Mod ceilidh on Saturday (September 28) has prompted a quick change of plan.

The coming together of Dingwall and Inverness Gaelic Choirs created the group Eadarainn.

The event was to have been held at the new Gaelic cultural centre Culterlann, the old East Church.

But an electrical fault in the building means the event will now be hosted at Old High St. Stephen's Church on the corner of Old Edinburgh Road and Southside Road.

The event will start at the same advertised time of 2pm.

Proceeds will support Eadarainn.

Entry is by donation and there will be teas, coffees and a raffle.
