Scottish Ambulance Service take one person to hospital after A890 crash near Strathcarron Hotel





One person was taken to hospital by ambulance after a crash in Wester Ross.

The single vehicle accident, reported just after 6 am this morning, happened on the A890 close to the Strathcarron Hotel and the junction with Railway Terrace.

A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We received a call at 6.09 am to attend a one-vehicle road traffic collision on the A890, in the area of Railway Terrace, Strathcarron.

“Two ambulances were dispatched to the scene, and one patient was transported to Raigmore Hospital.”
