Two taken to hospital after A9 Easter Ross collision between car and van





TWO people have been taken to hospital for treatment following an A9 collision in Easter Ross.

The accident on main trunk road happened north of Tomich near Invergordon this morning at around 6.40am.

The crash involved a car and van, police confirmed.

The female driver of the car and the male driver of the van were taken to Raigmore Hospital for treatment.

The road was subsequently reopened.

A police spokesman said: “Enquiries are ongoing.”
