Twelve new coronavirus cases recorded in NHS Highland area

There have been 12 additional confirmed coronavirus cases in the NHS Highland area in the past 24 hours, new figures have shown.
These cases take the tally for the area since the start of the pandemic to 784.
Some 1009 people have tested positive across Scotland in the last 24 hours, taking the national total to 21,543.
Sadly, there have been six more reported deaths of people who have tested positive.
Elsewhere in the north, NHS Grampian had 52 new recorded cases in the past day, taking its tally to 2645.
