Three-vehicle crash on A9 near Dornoch Bridge

A THREE-vehicle crash on the A9 in the Highlands earlier today prompted the temporary closure of a section of the road to allow vehicles to be recovered.

The accident happened on the A9 on the north side of the Dornoch Bridge ar around 9.55am this morning.

Police said there were no reports of any injuries.

The southbound lane was closed for a period to allow vehicles to be recovered, they said.
