Theft of Honda ATV and trailer from Portmahomack area of Easter Ross prompts police plea

THE reported theft of an all-terrain vehicle and trailer from an area of Easter Ross has triggered a police appeal for information.
Police say they are investigating the theft of a Brenderup trailer and a red Honda ATV from the Tarrel area of Portmahomack.
The theft occurred sometime between Friday and Sunday, they said in a statement issued today.
Anyone who saw any suspicious individuals or vehicles in the area, or who know anything about the incident, is asked to contact police on 101, quoting incident 1696 of July 19.
