A GROUP playing its part developing the potential of an Easter Ross community is seeking to expand its team.

Tain and District Development Trust is on the hunt for a part-time community fund manager for an immediate start.

The main role for the new recruit will be generating funding to support the group's core business and community projects.

The successful applicant for the post – which is initially for three months with the potential to become permanent – will also help run TDDT's Covid crisis centre, which is currently coordinating the local response to the coronavirus outbreak.

The key worker post calls for someone who is "highly motivated, ambitious and experienced", TDDT says. Applicants have a deadline of June 1. The 20-hour per week post pays £35,000 per annum pro rata.
