A LONG-serving member of crew on the Ullapool-Stornoway ferry was surprised with a commemorative cake recently.

Ronnie Nicolson, who is nightmaster on the MV Loch Seaforth, celebrated 25 years of service with CalMac last week.

He celebrated on board with a cake baked by second officer Mhairi Finlayson. CalMac also congratulated him on his service.
