Tain A9 crash on Sunday saw woman taken to hospital





A WOMAN was taken to hospital following a two-vehicle crash on the A9 at Tain on Sunday (July 28).

The crash took place at around 3.15pm on the A9 Tain junction and is understood to have seen fire crews and police officers in attendance.

The road was closed with diversions in place until 5.20pm, with one woman being taken to hospital.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 3.15pm on Sunday, 28 July, 2024, we received a report of a crash involving two vehicle on the A9 at Tain. Emergency services attended and a woman was taken to hospital. The road re-opened around 5.20pm."
