INVERGORDON'S summer market will take place in the town's Natal Gardens later this month, organisers have confirmed.

The event, organised by Invergordon Development Trust, will take place on Saturday, August 22 from 10am to 2pm.

"We are delighted to announce that we are bringing back the lovely market to our community," said a Trust spokesman.

"Invergordon Development Trust can’t thank everyone enough for all the wonderful supportive messages asking if we would be holding the market after the success of last year and the fantastic atmosphere and buzz it brought to the town.

"Although it will be a smaller market and with social distancing in place, we can not wait to see everyone.

"We will be sharing details of our wonderful traders in the coming days and weeks leading up to the market and can not wait to see you all."

Visit Invergordon Development Trust's Facebook page in the coming days to see details of the various traders who will be attending.
