SHEEP worrying in the Lochcarron and Strome area has sparked a police plea for dog owners to act more responsibly.
Police said they wanted to remind dog owners "that a dog attacking, chasing or even being at large in field where sheep are kept can lead to injury and often leads to the sheep being killed/destroyed and dog owner being charged".
"Act responsibly," they added.
