Ian Duncan visited the Clootie Well whilst on a road trip and found it beginning to be repopulated with all manner of objects.

The Black Isle attraction – regarded as a special site of healing by some and rather creepy by others – had been the subject of a clean-up by a mystery visitor earlier in the year.

That had sharply divided opinion but also opened a debate on what's appropriate and what's not at the site.

If you have a photograph taken in Ross-shire that you would like to share on this page, get in touch by emailing with just a line about where it was taken along with your contact details.

As well as our regulars, we'd also love to hear from new contributors keen to see their work in print.
