Conon and Maryburgh SWI members Zoom to catch up at tail end of a strange year

MEMBERS of a Ross-shire Scottish Women's Institute branch managed to have a catch-up this week – without contravening any coronavirus restrictions.

Maryburgh and Conon SWI staged a Zoom meeting online on Monday which was attended by 13 people, Christmas jumpers, hats and assorted accessories helping to set the festive mood.

One member shared a slideshow of photos she had taken during lockdown and everyone enjoyed a chance to catch up and share plans for Christmas.

The next meeting is January 11 when a game of bingo will be attempted. Anyone who would like to join is asked to message the group's Facebook page.
