Avoch Primary plans afternoon tea gift bag for seniors

AVOCH Primary School on the Black Isle is planning to stage a repeat of an activity last year which saw it put together afternoon tea Christmas bags for senior citizens in the community.

The school posted: "We received lots of lovely cards last year thanking us for the beautiful decorations which were created by each class and lovely treats.

"The very kind staff of the school all supply Christmas gift bags each with tea/coffee and sweet treats.

"All we ask is that you supply us with a nomination of a senior citizen which you could kindly deliver the bag too.

"Please email the school with your nominations ASAP so that we can start making up our lovely surprise bags!"
