A PSYCHIC night planned at a Ross-shire venue has had to be postponed “due to unforeseen circumstances”.

The Novar Arms Hotel had planned the Friday, December 6 event in conjunction with Second Sight, which offers “authentic psychics specialising in floor shows and readings”.

The venue posted: “Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, Second Sight have had to postpone the Psychic Night. They are planning on rescheduling the night in January - tickets can be refunded in the bar or carried over to the new dates once the arrangements have been made.”

The irony of the cancellation was not lost on social media.

“Thought they would have seen that coming,” posted one wag. “Not a great advert for the psychic, is it?” said another.

And another simply stated: “Ironic.”
