The Strathpeffer Highland Gathering team is gearing up for the eagerly anticipated return of the event on Saturday, August 6.

The event fell foul of Covid over the past two years and in 2019 was cancelled because of the weather.

The team behind it posted: "We are looking forward to welcoming our visitors for the Gathering this year.

"We have almost all our stall space booked out with a wide variety of goods in our food and craft area.

"Also lots of food trucks around the pitch too as well as the funfair.

"Come along and enjoy the day with us."
