Kyle Medical Practice is this week continuing with its 65-69 year old patients for its ongoing Covid vaccination programme, as well as starting on those identified by as high risk.

The Lochalsh practice told patients: "This list is not the same as those called in for flu vaccines – it is a smaller group of people. Again, we only have small amounts of vaccines, and due to the fact that the amount of doses per vial can vary, this can mean you may get a last minute phone call.

"Again, we ask that you do not call the surgery to ask when you will get your vaccine. You will be contacted by the surgery when we move on to your relevant age group. Thank you for your patience."
