Muir of Ord man accused of entering public house while knowingly having Covid is remanded after making no plea at court appearance

A 32-year-old Ross-shire man appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court today on charges including culpable and reckless conduct by knowingly having Covid and entering a public house.
Wez MacLeod from Muir of Ord was also accused of threatening or abusive behaviour and assault to injury.
He made no plea and was remanded in custody.
He will appear again within the next eight days.
