RAINBOW badges crocheted by a talented Invergordon woman are being worn with pride by local shop staff during the coronavirus crisis.

Dana Hogg Sutherland has been making rainbows to give to NHS and other frontline workers during the lockdown.

She was asked if she could make small rainbows by a friend who work at the Invergordon Co-op.

She said: “It’s just my way of contributing during lockdown. The rainbow badges are made with crochet thread for small ones and three-ply wool for the bigger ones.

"The staff in the Co-op are awesome and are doing such a great job. Cheryl there had a great idea with the badges and it was nice to see everyone smile.”

The Co-op's Lorna Stefaniak said: "Thank you so much to Dana. They fairly brighten up our uniforms."
