Police appeal for information on missing Highland man

Police are making urgent enquiries for help to trace Ross McQuade who has been reported missing from a Highland community.

Mr McQuade was last seen at about 9pm last night (Sunday) in Kingussie's High Street.

At the time he was wearing dark blue jeans, black and pink trainers or Wellington boots and a dark hooded top.

He is described as being of a slim build, about 6’2” in height and has short brown hair and stubble facial hair.

It is understood that the Coastguard search and rescue helicopter is also involved in the operation to find Mr McQuade.

Police are concerned for his wellbeing and request that any sightings of him are reported to Police Scotland by calling 101 and quoting incident number PS--20211004-0093
