Police probe after lone jogger 'approached' on Black Isle route
ROSS-SHIRE polce have issued a witness appeal over an incident in which a lone female was reportedly approached by two people in a car.
The incident is said to have happened on the road between Tore and the Munlochy Animal Aid centre on Sunday afternmoon.
Police in Dingwall have appealed for anyone who may have been on the unclassified Black Isle road between 2pm and 3pm on Sunday (June 1) to get in touch if they saw anything.
In a statement, police say they are looking for anyone who may have "observed a middle aged couple within a dark coloured Nissan-type vehicle who may have approached a lone female who was out jogging".
They have not given any further details about what happened.
