Tain police appeal over car incident in town's Lidl supermarket car park

Police are appealing for information after a car was apparently struck by another vehicle in Tain which drove off without stopping.

Police said a grey coloured Mini was apparently struck by the unknown vehicle which thereafter left the scene without passing on or leaving relevant driver details.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, October 7 between 4.45pm and 5pm, within the Lidl car park in Tain.

Anyone with information can call the police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or at crimestoppers-uk.org

With Crimestoppers no personal details are taken and information is not traced or recorded.
