Police in the Highlands are appealing for witnesses after a lorry crashed into traffic lights.

The incident, that happened at 6.40am on Friday July 23, involved a Mercedes articulated lorry and happened at the cross roads at Greenhill Street and the High Street in Dingwall.

A police spokeswoman said: "Road policing officers in Dingwall are appealing for witnesses in relation to a single vehicle road traffic collision which occurred at 6.40am on Friday July 23 2021 at the traffic lights at the cross roads for Greenhill Street and High Street, Dingwall .

"The collision involved a white Mercedes articulated lorry."

Anyone with information or dashcam footage of the incident is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 0653 of July 23 2021.
