Police Scotland officers appeal for information amid 'concern for the welfare' of a woman who left a Ross-shire community council meeting

POLICE have appealed for help tracing a woman who left a Ross-shire community council meeting, amid "concerns for her welfare".

The woman, who has not been named, left a community council meeting in Conon Bridge a few hours ago.

She was last seen leaving the Leanaig Centre in Ben Wyvis Primary School at 7.40pm on Wednesday.

She is in her 30s, 5ft 2in tall, has brown shoulder-length hair, was wearing a khaki green 3/4 jacket and dark blue jeans.

Anyone with information should call 101 quoting incident 3687 of March 4.
