Police appeal after 'significant damage' done to Glenelg Primary School in Lochalsh

AN appeal has been issued following "significant" damage to a primary school in Ross-shire.

The incident at Glenelg Primary School involved damage to the building and play equipment.

Police added: "It appears that someone has been on the school roof and removed tiles."

The damage is thought to have been done last weekend, between August 28 and 30, although the police appeal has only been made public today.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident NP2238/20.
