Plans have been submitted to Highland Council for the temporary siting of a static caravan in Strathpeffer.

The applicant is hoping that it will be there for approximately one year while a new property is being built.

It would be on land 250m west of Moor House in Blairninich.

The site covers an area of 990 square metres and is described as a building plot which already has planning permission in principle.

The plans propose two new parking spaces, connection to the public water network and private drainage arrangements.
