Mystery vandal strikes again about feelings towards Highland potholes with fresh graffiti in Wester Ross; road surface message in Ullapool follows Inverness incidents

POTHOLES around the Highlands have often raised a swear word or two – and now someone has spelled out their feelings.

The expletive – For ***** sake– has been spray painted beside a large pothole near Ullapool, by a determined vandal who has also made their feelings known in Inverness.

Other potholes around the Highlands have also been highlighted using orange paint.

Highland Council increased council tax by 4.84 per cent in February and planned to spend an extra £20 million on roads in 2020/21.
