Disappearance of fishing gear from Lochcarron prompts plea from police

Police in Lochcarron are investigating the theft of items from the rear of an hotel.

Police say items of fishing gear was removed from the rear ofthe Lochcarron hotel between September 13 and October 13.

The items reported missing include three 3 boat fishing rods; one beach casting rod and three fishing reels.

If anyone has any knowledge of who could have removed the items or hasbeen offered an item to purchase, they are asked to get in touch with PC Allan in Lochcarron direct or via 101.
