Invergordon ‘mischievous’ kitten rescued by firefighters

A ‘mischievous’ little kitten in Invergordon has been rescued by everyday heroes, after getting stuck up a tree.

The little feline was spotted up a rather large tree near Delny in Invergordon at around 9am this morning (July 4).

By 9.20am the Invergordon Firefighters were at the scene with a three-piece short extension ladder to bring the moggy back down onto solid ground.

The Invergordon Fire Station shared the story on their Twitter (X) page, where the gorgeous kitten has brightened the days of many folk.

They said: “2nd pump mobilised to a mischievous kitten stuck up a tree near Delny. Crew used a three piece short extension ladder to safely recover the kitten.”

One commented highlighted under the post: “Not all heroes wear capes!”
