Highland charity Mikeysline there to help if you find you are struggling with mental health issues during the coronavirus lockdown

People who are struggling with their mental health during the latest Scottish national Covid-19 lockdown are reminded that organisations such as Mikeysline are there to help get them through this.

You can text them on 07786 20 77 55 or send a personal message via Messenger, Twitter or Live Chat.

Alternatively if you would like to speak to someone on the telephone you can request a call back – on Sunday to Thursday, from 6pm until 10pm, and Friday and Saturday, from 7pm until 7am.
