Heavy rain expected in Wester Ross as Met Office issues weather warning

The Met office has issued a yellow warning for heavy rains which will hit the west coast of Scotland throughout the day, including Wester Ross and the Western Isles.
Adverse weather conditions may be ongoing from this morning until midnight today, with spray and flooding on roads probably making journey times longer and bus and train services could be affected.
A flood alert has also been has been issued both for Easter and Wester Ross, with particular concerns over the southern areas, and heavy rain could cause flooding from rivers and surface water during Wednesday and into early Thursday morning.
Anyone in the concerned areas is advised to be careful while travelling.
