Man to appear in court in connection with break-ins in Highland town

A man will appear at Inverness Sheriff Court in connection with house break-ins in Invergordon.

A 52-year-old man is expected to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court tomorrow in connection with house break-ins in Invergordon.

Police Scotland confirmed a man has been arrested and charged with two incidents which occurred during the festive period.

The incidents happened at premises in the town's High Street on Wednesday December 23 and at a property in Kilmuir Place overnight between Thursday December 31and Friday January 1.
