Man charged with threatening behaviour in connection with Dingwall disturbance

A man arrested in connection with an incident in Dingwall on Monday has appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court.

Richard Watson (29) appeared in private before Sheriff Ian Cruickshank and was represented by defence solicitor John MacColl.

Watson, who faced a charge of threatening behaviour, made no plea and was remanded in custody.

He is expected to appear again within the next eight days.
