A LAW firm is on the hunt for a trainee who could undertake the post from its office in Dingwall.

Brodies LLP has opened up its 2022 traineeships to people living in the Highlands.

The traineeship – the final stage of qualifying as a Scottish solicitor - can be undertaken at the firm's offices in Dingwall, Aberdeen, Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Lasting two years, the traineeship at Brodies includes a structured development programme and enables participants to experience three areas of law across banking and finance, litigation, personal and family, real estate, and corporate and commercial.

Partner Karren Smith, who is based in the Dingwall office, said: "We invest heavily in our trainees to help grow their potential and develop their knowledge, skills, and on-the-job experience. They also learn who we are and what is important to our business and our clients.

"In addition to structured training sessions and support from mentors in the firm, they'll have the opportunity to work alongside some of Scotland's leading lawyers where they will get the benefit of their expertise and work on interesting projects with regional, national and international significance."

Applications are open until Friday, August 28 and can be accessed at brodies.com/careers/traineeships
