Scottish Fire and Rescue Service appliances from Dingwall and Beauly called to fire at care home near Marybank

THREE fire engines were scrambled to a Ross-shire care home after a fire in the laundry.

Two appliances from Dingwall and one from Beauly were called to Fairburn House Care Home near Marybank at 4.03pm on Friday.

Speaking shortly after 4.45pm, a spokeswoman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that the fire has already been extinguished.
