A WESTER Ross petrol station has hit the market, and is looking for offers over £700,000.

Kinlochewe Service Station, which comes with a 3-bedroom detached bungalow on site, also includes a cafe and a shop supplying groceries and confectionery, in addition to its petrol facilities.

Estate Agents Christie & Co claim that the business have a turnover of £956,000 with a gross profit of £178,000.

The owner’s accommodation features triple-glazed doors and windows, a newly-fitted kitchen, an open fire and patio doors leading to a decked area. The property was also re-roofed in 2022.

The business has been in operation since the 1960s, and was bought by the current owners in 2016.
