Well, it's both actually.

This seagull has made a sculpture of a Tornado aircraft its home at the enterprise park in Forres.

The birds can make a nest virtually anywhere and they are a real problem when they nest in residential areas.

However, this must be one of the most novel locations a seagull has picked to rear its young.
