A salon site in Kyle of Lochalsh could be turned into a holiday let under plans lodged with Highland Council.

Applicant Megan Okane has lodged a change of use application to turn an existing salon site - Skye Beauty - on the corner of Main Street and Old Plock Road into a one-bedroom holiday accommodation unit.

If approved, the front room of the salon building will be turned into an open plan living room and kitchen, with the rad room being home to a double bedroom, with shower room and toilet, as well as store room.
