Highland suicide prevention charity Mikeysline announces reopening of Hive drop-in centre

A drop-in support centre for people experiencing mental health difficulties is to reopen in Inverness next week.
Mikeysline has announced that the Hive drop-in centre in Academy Street, Inverness will open again on Monday (August 31).
It has been closed throughout the coronavirus lockdown.
People in need of support will be able to drop in between 7.45pm and 9.45pm seven days a week.
Appointments will also be available from 6.15-7.30pm and should be booked by 2.30pm the day before.
Following government guidelines to prevent the spread of Covid-19 all visitors are required to wear a face covering, follow social distancing measures and provide contact details for track and trace.
Visitors will also have their temperature taken on arrival and will be asked about any symptoms prior to entry.
The Mikeysline text support service continues to operate as normal.
Anyone in need of support can text 07779 303303 between 6pm and 10pm from Sundays to Thursdays and from 7pm-7am on Fridays and Saturdays.
