Motorists are being advised by Highland Council of a temporary road closure coming into effect next week.

It is on the C1094 Glen Etive Road.

The closure will be from Dalness to the end of the adopted road and will be in operation between 8am and 5pm each day from Monday, April 26 until Friday, May 7.

The closure is to provide a safe working space for council workers to carry out essential road surfacing works within the closure area.

Access will be maintained at all times for emergency vehicles with "slight delays" for residents accessing their properties and essential contractors for associated hydro scheme, Royal Mail and refuse collection.

Highland Council said: "We apologise for any inconvenience and ask for your patience during the duration of the work."
