PARENTS and carers of children at an Easter Ross primary are being given a reminder of the need to keep a social distance from each other unless they are part of the same family group or bubble.

It has been issued by Hilton of Cadboll Primary.

It said: "Unfortunately over the last two mornings there were many adults who, although apart, were not socially distant from each other.

"Please remember that we are doing everything in school to stay socially distant (where possible) and taking significant steps to keep your child/children safe. We would very much appreciate it if you could take the same steps to ensure everyone's safety.

"We want to keep our children, staff parents/carers safe and healthy as well as our school open!

"There are now temporary markings on the pavement to assist you with social distancing."

The school thanks parents and carers for their understanding and help in keeping everyone safe and well.
