A SCOTLAND-wide initiative will be offering free plants in the Highland capital for a weekend event.
Free for All, a series of events organised by the Dandelion Scotland initiative, will be at Bught Park on Saturday, July 23 with free plants on offer as well as performances and advice on how to grow the greens.
Access will be free and it will be the last event of the series.
More details are available on Dandelion's official website.
Dandelion Festival's major event will be in Inverness from September 2-4 at Northern Meeting Park. This free, major outdoor festival aims to inspire people to sow, grow and share food as well as music, knowledge and ideas.
The event will follow a similar festival at Glasgow’s Kelvingrove Park which took place in June and forms part of an ambitious creative programme taking place this year.
