The Maryburgh Gala Day returned on Saturday after two years as locals came out in droves to enjoy the fun.
Organised by the Maryburgh Community Council, residents enjoyed a variety of activities including football, a bouncy castle and plenty of local stalls.

The baking stand was cleared out and managed to raise £300 from the day.
Dingwall Tesco kindly donated 150 rolls to cater for the day which were enjoyed.
Music came from Strathpeffer and District Pipeband which drew a crowd, followed by Highland dancing performances.
This year's gala queen was India Mackenzie who was joined by attendants Iris Steel and Flora MacRae.
The trio were escorted to the hall in style in a 1930s' Austin to start the celebrations.
A spokesperson for the community council said: "It stayed dry - mostly for once! It was great to be back. Folk seemed to enjoy the day and the week leading up to it."
In the lead up there were a variety of events including a pet show, bike ride and quiz night.
