Scene set for Shieldaig Fete this weekend as Wester Ross community gears up for fun event

A WESTER Ross community is setting the scene for its fete this weekend.

Preparations are well under way for the Shieldaig Fete which takes this Saturday from 1pm.

Visitors are advised that admission is free but urged to take along cash for the stalls.

Excitement mounts over return of Black Isle Show

The event includes a raft race, hill race, a fun dog show and face painting.

Also promised are arts and crafts, refreshments and a coconut shy as well as a street ceilidh.
