Fortrose and Rosemarkie Bowling Club issues 'come and try' invite ahead of family fun day on Black Isle

An open invitation to try bowls is being offered by a Black Isle club as part of a family open day.

Fortrose and Rosemarkie Bowling Club is staging the event on Saturday, May 28.

It says all are welcome to the Castle Street venue in Fortrose for free-of-charge coaching.

The club says it's a chance to meet new people and try something different. It says all are welcome and snacks and refreshments will be provided.

The event runs from 11am to 4pm. Visitors are asked to wear flat shoes.
